At Solximo SpA (hereinafter, "Solximo", "we" or "the Platform"), we respect and protect the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you access our real estate crowdlending platform.
1. Information we collect
We collect information that you provide directly when registering on our platform, making investments, or communicating with us. This includes: full name, email address, phone number, RUT or identification document, financial information necessary for investment operations, residential address, and identity verification data in accordance with current Chilean regulations.
2. Use of information
We use your personal information to: facilitate and manage your investments in real estate projects; verify your identity in accordance with Law No. 19,913 on money laundering; send you updates on the status of your investments and new available projects; comply with legal and regulatory obligations before the CMF and other competent authorities; improve our services and the user experience on the platform.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with: associated real estate developers, exclusively for the execution of projects in which you participate; Chilean regulatory entities when required by law; technology service providers who assist us in operating the platform, under strict confidentiality agreements.
4. Data security
We implement technical and organizational security measures in accordance with Chilean financial industry standards, including SSL/TLS encryption for all communications, secure data storage on servers located in Chile, restricted access protocols and multi-factor authentication, and periodic cybersecurity audits.
5. User rights
In accordance with Law No. 19,628 on Personal Data Protection of Chile, you have the right to: access your stored personal data; request the correction of inaccurate data; request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected; object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as you maintain an active account on our platform and for an additional period of five years in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations in Chile.
